Katarzyna Mitros, Ph.D. was a neuro-scientist who specialized in how young brains develop before she retired to care for children. She had an excellent program based on her knowledge.

Dr. Mitros is both observant and factual.  She says that Mr. Loza warned her that Jan suffered from Munchaussen by Proxy.   


Note:   Dr. Katarzyna Mitros paid several thousand dollars to an attorney to protect the children from Mr. Loza.  A child-care provider would not have given that kind of money without a real, firm, and personal conviction, based on direct observations, that they needed to be protected.
